Born in Peru, Cesar has lived in the New York area since the age of six. He went on to earn an Associate?s Degree in Psychology, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor?s in Psychology and Human Resources at Rutgers State University. Working with people and in sales to him is second nature. Prior to real estate he held jobs at the front desk at a gym, and later excelled in door-to-door sales, management and recruitment for major solar companies.

Real estate was calling, however. Cesar began at a small brokerage firm uptown where his focus was rentals in Midtown East and West, and the Upper East and West Sides. He is constantly studying and exploring all areas of New York City to better serve his clients. ?The customer always comes first,? is his philosophy. ?Clients appreciate the fact that I listen to their needs, keep an open mind, and treat everyone equally. Fluent in Spanish and English, Cesar understands Portuguese and Italian, loves languages, and is also learning Japanese. In addition to his real estate sales license, he holds a certification as a personal trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine as he likes to keep his mind and body in shape.
