Bina Kapoor started managing real estate part time for the past 12 years when she acquired and rented out a one-bedroom unit in a post-war Condo on the Upper West Side followed by a two-bedroom unit. Since then, there has been no looking back. Both units have been continually rented. Multiple acquisitions in India followed, which have been subsequently managed with excellent appreciation and rental returns. This success convinced her to get licensed as a real estate salesperson. Additionally, she has been a tenant in a rent stabilized unit for over 10 years on the Upper West Side and understands the needs of tenants and landlords.

Born and raised in Mumbai, India, Bina is a Chemical Engineer with a Diploma in Software Application Engineering. She has worked in Mumbai, Belgium, and New York as a Software Consultant. She came to New York in 1997 to work with UNICEF as a Software Consultant for eight years.

Bina has been a Director of a talent management firm and has actively driven client strategy, resource allocation, and tracked accounts and taxes. Bina is committed and sees things through. She is straight forward and honest in dealing with people. As she says, running a company has given her the skills and experience to delight clients and a satisfied client keeps coming back.
