Antonius is a global citizen and considers himself blessed to live and work in the most vibrant and dynamic city on this planet. With his drive and international background as an interior & industrial designer working for high end indoor and outdoor design furniture companies; he decided to permanently move to the USA from The Netherlands in 2012. He sees coupling his background with Real Estate as a win-win for clients he serves. With his background and personal interest in design, architecture and the use of public and private spaces, Antonius became more involved as a professional independent consultant in urban design. His passion and expertise for improving and creating valuable spaces and the quality of life and relationships, has led him to Real Estate. He enjoys working closely with clients to achieve their goals. Whether as a seller?s agent or buyer?s agent, rentals or leases, he incorporates up to date information while providing a keen eye and attention to detail when surveying properties for his clients. Antonius has been an entrepreneur for many years, working in various countries throughout Europe and he has experienced some wonderfully innovative outdoor spaces. He holds a degree from HMC College (Rotterdam, NL), which specializes in industrial and handmade furniture production, woodwork for the construction industry, as well as interior design consulting and furniture retail. He has post studies from the Design Academy Eindhoven (Eindhoven, NL), where he studied Industrial Design; and The University of Technology, Delft, where he studied Ergonomics and Design, Delft (NL).
