Born in Tucson, AZ to parents with a strong interest in real estate and development, Andrew at a young age grew accustomed to weekends viewing open houses, exploring new developments, and watched as his parents designed their own custom homes. In college he helped them seek investment property near the University of Texas and successfully achieved a 20% ROI. It was natural that Andrew would have a career in Real Estate. Growing up in Austin, TX and living in NYC for over seven years, his mentality combines strong southern core values with the contagious energy of the city. He currently resides in Brooklyn, and has developed a love for the Williamsburg, Greenpoint, Bushwick areas in which he specializes. These areas share a feeling similar to Austin, TX where he attended the University of Texas earning both a B.A. and B.S.Andrew is highly versed in finance, and worked as a day trader in the FOREX market until the recession in 2008. Since then he has become an award winning actor and producer who has starred in four feature films, a web series that played at SXSW and over twenty short films playing at festivals all over the world and even on national television. Andrew co-founded Blacktop Pictures, a production company that is soon to release a feature length documentary on the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy.
