Linette has established herself as a sales force to be reckoned with; she has a wealth of knowledge in every facet of the real estate industry including sales and rentals of properties in every price range.

She has established an intense work ethic and thrives to provide a superior customer service experience by quickly responding to emails and thoroughly addressing all questions and concerns. Always conscientious and assertive, Linette believes in educating and staying in constant contact with her clients to quell any anxiety that may result from the sometimes emotional process of buying and selling a home. Linette began her career working at the illustrious Ritz-Carlton and the Mandarin Oriental Hotels in Manhattan. She then parlayed her luxury hotel experience and transitioned to on-site sales of luxury condos. Years later, Linette joined a real estate firm on the Upper East Side where she had the unique opportunity to appear in four episodes of HGTVs hit TV show Selling New York. Linette has also appeared on PIX 11 News, FOX 5 News, and MTV and her opinions have been featured in The New York Times, The New York Post, The Real Deal, and Resident Magazine.

Linette resides on Park Avenue in Midtown with her husband and daughter. Always philanthropic, Linette believes strongly in giving back and volunteers at two renowned charitable organizations that help children in need.
