Cristina has resided in Manhattan for the past decade in a multitude of neighborhoods, giving a vast understanding of the intricacies of each neighborhoods and what makes them unique. Among her favorites are the Village, Chelsea, Tribeca, Flatiron District, and Gramercy. She a problem solver who knows how to think on her feet. Even when chaos reigns supreme, she remains the epitome of calm and her clients thank her for it. 

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Cristina is fluent in both English and Spanish, providing yet another valuable level of service. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Pace University with two degrees, a BFA in Acting and a BA in English with a concentration in Writing and Literature.
