Alina has a thorough understanding of the needs, expectations and unique challenges of luxury multi-residency ownership. Born in Russia and raised in New York, Alina is fluent in English and Russian. She frequently takes on major roles in off-market high-profile projects and has extensive experience in project management for home renovations. In addition to her impressive skill-set, Alina has experience working with international clients primarily from Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and the surrounding regions. Alina joined Engel & Volkers after several years at another top New York real estate firm. Prior to her career in real estate, Alina was Chief Operations Manager of Futuro Futuro, an international company specializing in ultra high-end luxury kitchen ventilation appliances, with a successful track record aided by her degree in business management and finance. In this position, she traveled extensively throughout the United States, Europe, and Canada working as a liaison with architects, designers, builders, interior decorators and other professionals involved in home construction and remodeling.
