Brandon is a native New Yorker and is passionate about all that New York has to offer. His knowledge of the city brings keen insight into the mood and feel of today’s marketplace. After attending Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Brandon moved to Florida to pursue a Real Estate career. After two years of working besides the CEO of a highly renowned Florida based Real Estate company, handling all Marketing and Advertising materials, acquisitions and much more, he was ready to come home to New York City and take his career to the next level. 

Joining Compass and The Modica Team in 2016, Brandon offer's lifelong knowledge of New York City and understands the significance of buying a home. Brandon strives towards great working relationship with his clients in order to meet all their desires and needs. He knows how to connect buyers and sellers in a competitive atmosphere and uses his goal-oriented approach to find the best properties. In his spare time, Brandon can be found in the gym, on the basketball court or playing music as he is a passionate and accomplished guitarist.
