Alexander Bogod brings decades of NYC real estate experience and knowledge to his residential and commercial clients. 

In his 20s, he opened his own Upper West Side brokerage, Lincoln Square Realty, where he served buyers, renters and investors of NYC coops and condos. In 2018 Alex joined his brother Elliot Bogod’s Manhattan brokerage, Broadway Realty, sharing his expertise and with their team and longtime clients, gained through excellent customer service, professionalism, knowledge and negotiation skills. 

Alex has extensive experience managing luxury apartments in NYC for their investors, and his knowledge of the changing market helps guide sellers and buyers in their real estate moves. He works with international and domestic clients to find new homes in the New York City and negotiate the best purchase terms, and he is always happy to provide advice or a property evaluation for those looking to sell.
