A native of New York City, he moved to Columbia County in 1987. Chuck joined George Beach Realty as a sales agent in 1988. Immediately there was chemistry. He and George Beach both shared the same basic business philosophy, "provide the best service in an honest manner to your customers & clients, and the business will grow", and so it has. Chuck's former business and work experience with company's like Xerox and IBM allowed him to bring marketing and sales skills to the agency. Soon after, George asked Chuck to become his partner. Today we are now one of the county's largest and most respected agencies.
