As of 2000, he has additionally excelled as a savvy real estate buyer, seller, investor, consultant, broker, renovator, and property manager in the New York City area, with a focus on but not limited to the Brooklyn market.

As a former marketing and advertising professional for over 24 years at a reputable apparel and accessories manufacturing company in Manhattan’s Garment District, his keen eye for design, creative thinking and problem-solving, and strong business acumen carried with him, assuring a seamless transition to the like-demands of real estate.

A proud native of Brooklyn, NY, “Malcolm from Breuckelen” (a metaphor reflecting the original Dutch spelling of the borough circa 1646) revels in his authenticity. He was born and raised in Bushwick and currently lives in Bedford-Stuyvesant with his wife and two sons. Malcolm knows the turf and the neighborhoods very well, and enjoys sharing his insights with clients to help them find the right homes and investments.

This graduate of the prestigious Pratt Institute in Clinton Hill received a bachelor’s degree of Fine Arts (Communications Design). While in college, he pledged the distinguished Delta Mu Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, a benevolent civic organization dedicated to community service and “Achievement in Every Field of Human Endeavor.” Malcolm now serves in the Brooklyn-Long Island Alumni Chapter.

He also served in the U.S. Marine Corp. as a Wire Communication Sergeant and is a decorated veteran of the Gulf War. His leadership abilities, sense of discipline, and ability to collaborate as a team player benefit him greatly as a very capable, client-centric real estate agent.
